Jack is a performance-driven professional with a stellar record of increasing revenue, developing and driving innovative healthcare models, building partnerships, and embracing change. Prior to co-founding Data Driven Health, he was the President and co-founder of Direct 1 Communications, Inc., a company focused on improving healthcare quality through medical education. Mr. Rush provided Direct 1 with leadership experience developed over a focused career in healthcare spanning population health, data informatics, and quality improvement. Since 2002, he has created and led collaborations with academic medical centers, health delivery systems, government entities, payers, and the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, securing funding to develop and implement innovative data-driven CME models, to tackle the nation’s most challenging chronic disease conditions and infectious diseases. With over two decades of experience building public-private relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, Jack and the team at Data Driven Health are revolutionizing population health and disease surveillance through artificial intelligence.
Sanjay is a passionate, goal-oriented professional with a proven track record for leading and delivering some of the most admired analytic solutions in the healthcare industry. With over twenty-five years of experience in the field, he has been assisting companies grow their technological capabilities with keen insight and creative ideas. Midway through his career, having to be his wife’s caregiver through her battle with cancer, Sanjay quickly came to appreciate first-hand the severe challenges the industry is faced with today in caring for people with complex and chronic illnesses. This experience strengthened his commitment to developing solutions that truly provide value and empower patients and physicians toward better health and outcomes. This is the focus of Data Driven Health (DDH). Prior to DDH, Mr. Pudupakkam founded Avatar Enterprise Business Solutions, a boutique HIM and analytics end-to-end consulting and tech firm. Avatar has assisted a prestigious list of clients with their strategy and execution of large population health, clinical quality and genomic analytic solutions to meet a variety of use cases. Sanjay started his career as a Healthcare Administrative Fellow through the Greater New York Hospital Association at New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center and later focused on reporting and analytics in managed care environments at a large academic medical center and a TPA. He held various management consulting roles at Accenture, Knightsbridge Solutions and Hewlett Packard. Before joining Avatar, Sanjay was the VP, Information Management and Analytics Consulting Practice at Optum (formerly Ingenix). Sanjay holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and Master level degrees in Healthcare Administration and Information Technology.
